Email Setup Guide
Use this to add your mailbox to Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail. Follow it exactly, top to bottom.
If you need the mailbox password, use the reset box above first.

Outlook
Best for desktop and tablet.
Open Outlook and choose Add Account.
Enter your assigned mailbox email address.
Choose manual or advanced setup if prompted.
Choose IMAP account type.
Set incoming server to mail.westarea.org, port 993, SSL.
Set outgoing server to mail.westarea.org, port 587, TLS.
Turn on SMTP authentication and use same username/password.
Save and wait for mailbox sync to finish.
Gmail
Use Gmail app on Android or iPhone.
Open Gmail and add another account.
Choose Other / IMAP when it asks for the account type.
Enter your mailbox email and password.
Incoming server: mail.westarea.org, port 993, SSL.
Outgoing server: mail.westarea.org, port 587, TLS.
Turn on Require sign-in for outgoing mail.
Use full email address as username for both.
Finish setup and let Gmail sync messages.
Apple iPhone / iPad
Use Apple Mail app on iPhone or iPad.
Open Settings, then Mail, then Accounts.
Tap Add Account, then Other, then Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, mailbox email, password, and description.
Choose IMAP, then enter incoming host mail.westarea.org.
Set incoming port 993 and SSL enabled.
Set outgoing host mail.westarea.org, port 587, TLS enabled.
Use full email address and password for both sections.
